Stiff chain link on my ultimate with the SRAM rival groupset no

Hi,

So started having this weird noise and slight chain jump on on my drivetrain after less than 600km on my new ultimate.

After taking off the chain and cleaning it i noticed that a chain link is so stiff and i tried lubricant and all possible movement to loosen it but i was unsuccessful!

I sent canyon an email but haven’t got a feedback yet!

Is this common? I’m surprised because the bicycle is basically new and i was expecting a longer lifetime for the chain

Will i get a chain replacement with the warranty?
