Bearing isn’t an issue here, seating in the frame is fucked. Idk if there is another way but the way i see it it needs a metal insert that will somehow be bonded to the frame. I think this is a job for a professional.

It looks like the hole the bearing seats into is worn more than the bearing

That frame is toast. Chances are that bearing seized a while ago, and now it’s just wallowed out the frame around it. Those bearings are meant to be an interference fit, there shouldn’t be any play at all between the bearing and the frame

It looks like the metal mounting for the bearing separated from the Carbon around it. So a new bearing wont solve this issue.

I doubt that play is normal, looks like the carbon around the bearing is worn down.
Replace the bearing, then if you still have play consider carefully aligning the part and using loctite for bearings to glue it in place. Should last a few hundred/thousand km. It’s reversible

Thanks for the quick answers. Yes, I thought that the bearing seat was the problem :/ . Would it make sense to try gluing it in with epoxy or something similar? The bike is no longer used on trails but only on gravel roads/asphalt

Yeah the socket is worn out. Either a metal insert went to Oblivion or there was none to begin with.
This is why it’s important to check the bearings often because when they wear down they can seize for good. Then the frame still rotates the pivot but the bearing is dead still. This either wears the axle or the socket like here. Probably what can be done is if you have the bearing, a professional can see what size that is and make a precise insert and glue it there with epoxy. My guess unfortunately is, that the hole is probably not round anymore and the insert might not work because of that.
