I’ve got a Giant Trance 27.5. It’s great, but not sure about that price, as they’re getting a bit long in the tooth by now. Mine’s from 2018.

bikes got sooooo much better literally right after this. the 2019 bike is good. the 2017 bike is old
No, it’s worth about half that. If you’re a total beginner I’d argue it’s decent way to test out if you like the hobby. What year was the EX that you said you wanted to replicate?
This isn’t 2017 btw, it has to be before 2016. I have a 2017 Giant Trance Advanced 1 and they changed the geometry for the 2017 model year

Too expensive, at half price why not
I paid less than that for this exact bike used in 2015
Too expensive. I’m currently trying to sell a 2021 Rocky Mountain altitude, and it’s listed for $1,500. Not a plug, just using it as an example.
It’s really,really nice…I feel sorry for the seller…but it’s a 500 dollar bike..mint or not.
I still ride a 2014 Trance, it’s awesome. But I’d leave it a week and then offer $600 it its still available
