Similar bags are popular with all kinds of cyclists in Czechia. They’re versatile, and they’re especially great if you navigate with a phone. If you like it, get it, but I’d be skeptical of the quick-release mounting system, as similar slide-on systems are used with cheaper lights and some don’t last very long.
After looking around, I found that the bag that best fits my needs is the Racing long top tube bag from Apidura. It’s so expensive that I’m still not sure if it’s worth the money, but I like it.

Kinda bulky. Something I would consider for a long trip, but not day to day.

Decathlon has something similar. Phone on the top. 2 pockets hang on either side. Velcro … no tools. $15.

Day to day urban use, I think it’s great for the price.
Out in the woods, screwed if the plastic bracket breaks. My knees hate looking at it.
