Pull out that handle, rotate it 90 degrees so that it is perpendicular to the axle and then use it as the handle to rotate the axle counter-clockwise.
Pull fully and wait for thirty minutes, it will start to unwind. keep the ambient temperature below 30°c and in a low-light environment.
