In this case, the fault clearly lies with the woman, as she continued driving despite the red light, even though she could have stopped in front of the white car on the traffic island. On top of that, the cyclist was obscured by the white car. I hope she has good insurance if the motorcycle was damaged.

Es claro lo que pasó y de quién fue la culpa pero el motociclista debió avanzar con precaución ya que al iniciar el cambio desde 0 y en luz verde siempre debes esperar unos segundos por si algún peatón aún no cruzo, por temas de seguridad vial es prioritario saber el reglameto de tránsito y manejar con precaución
