It’s perfectly fine I guess, but I wouldn’t personally buy something with a loose ball headset, which you can tell this one has due to the black cups at the top and bottom of the headtube. When I see those cups I just stay away (personally).
What’s his budget?
It’s clearly one of the bottom tier models so unless it’s like max 80$ it’s not worth getting to learn on
its a stolen casino in “gang green” color, If I was your friend I would stay away from this, much better options out there
