I would bought it, I think that it’s a fair price but it depends on where do u live
I don’t see a ‘built-it’ way to add a rack to this bike. My commuter has a rack so I can carry stuff without it being on my back. I don’t have fenders on it as I live in an area that gets only 6-8” of rain a year. 300 seems a bit high for a 20ish year old bike. It’d be good for long rides though.
Looks like a decent bike, I would try to get the price down. It’s 20+ years old.
