Keep the seat clamped between your legs and bobs your uncle

Hey man, had the same Problem but with pull ups with both feet on the pedals. Everyone is going to say keep your feet on the pedals, but that’s not the trick. From your videos you are launching yourself backwards.
The trick is paying attention at your body position, gotta stay the same at all moments. It needs to be in the perfect middle of your bike. You’re doing it with the back peg so put all your weight on it, staying in the same position (if you note your launching your bike in front of you it’s because you are going too far behind, if your front wheel cant get up, you’re too far over the barspin, just stay in the middle), while pinching your seat or cranks (i prefer seat) and focus on doing the barspin. If you want an advice you can try raising your front wheel and then let go both hands, with these trick you are really gonna know where that sweet spot is. Do it a couple times and then try do little bars. First let go one hand. Then let go one hand and then turn the handlebars 45°,then 90°,then 180° and then full 360°. Hope this helps
