picked up a bike cheap and it has new hub and rims. This is the front hub. It’s really smooth. Can’t find info but based on its shape/design probably sealed bearings. Thanks everyone

Doesn’t look sealed, as it’s got what looks like cones and dust shields. Quando are a manufacturer for hubs, so many many brands actually will be a quando hub with the brands logo on. These look basic entry level, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
