It’s a 2022 Felt VR40 he says is in great condition, and is throwing in some gravel tires for $700. Seems like a solid deal as long as it fits and isn’t cracked.

Medium deal. It’s got tiagra so not awesome but not terrible. If it fits it’s reasonably priced.
