Great route! I did it last summer. Gravel is noticeably smoother in PA but pretty nice all around. One day I’m going to attempt the Cumberland to DC segment in one day.

Lovely! Really looking forward to doing this myself this fall. I ride to great falls from DC often and it’s great!
I currently have 700x35s, anyone think I would absolutely need to get something bigger for this as a bikepack trip? Running them tubeless and they haven’t had any problems doing the CnO near DC.
