Hey guys, just scooped this rockhopper bike up for cheap and I've noticed when I really pedal hard the rear tire seems to flex and hit the silver (gear selector?) piece. I've tried checking the spokes which all feel pretty tight but I also don't know exactly what I'm doing. The tire does not seem to be moving from the rear qd point and there is no visibly play . I can actually flex the wheel myself grab from the back and push on the front side to make it hit that piece. Any ideas?

Check your wheels spoke tension chart, check what the max is , and if it’s not there, bringing the spoke tension up can help. Otherwise it could come down to how the limit screws on the derailleur are adjusted
