Hi all, I’d appreciate any help with this toddler bike. I noticed recently the chain fell off so I took the chain cover off to reattach the chain. But now it looks like the large gear which should sit snug to the pedal is not staying in place. The pedal will spin but since it’s seperate from the gear the bike won’t move. This was a canadian tire buy from a few seasons ago… is it fixable?

I don’t much about those tipes of cranks i think they are kinda loose, it has a gap between the bottom bracket tube and the cranks “bolt” i don’t know how to say it
I’d remove the crank. There is probably a bearing race that holds the sprocket onto the crank that has worked loose.
