Shimano b gap adjustment tool, b link and the b link washer (you have a direct mount Shimano derailleur) and the plate is an anchor plate to protect the frame against the support screw of the front mech but Canyon either uses metal hangers that support the front mech or they have integrated metal plates for them on models like last Gen aeroad… And the last one is a vinyl decal on a transfer paper. You don’t need any of those, this stuff is just part of the groupset and they throw it in the box.
