Purchased this after 30 years of not having a bike. I have zero illusions of racing. Would like to do some dirt jumps etc and maybe some tricks. Mostly I just want to customize it for style preferences. Add some anodized purple in places etc.
Also am I able to change out that lower bracket and or change to 3 piece crank?

That’s not a race bike.
It has an American bottom bracket but yes you can get that mid BB kit that has cups to fit into an American BB shell.
