Hello, I would really appreciate some advice as I’m struggling to make a choice over my Canyon purchase!
Currently I ride a Planet X EC130 aero bike, have done for about 6 years and want to upgrade, I’m in the UK so do a lot of flat cycling, but also looking to take it out to the Alps for some cycling up the hills there every so often. I’ve really enjoyed the speed of an aero bike, but am also keen to be as comfortable as possible on longer rides as time goes on, albeit I haven’t had any major issues with my current bike.
I had pretty much settled on the Endurace range, but given that I want to make a purchase now and not really thing about upgrading any time soon, I wondered whether I was picking the best ‘value’ option with a mind of not wanting to upgrade. So have the three under consideration:

From a pure aesthetic perspective, I love the Aeroad, but it just feels a bit overpriced when you compare to the other two models. The Endurace Aero felt like maybe a good option to add longevity without needing to upgrade the wheels later down the line.
So I guess the questions are whether the aero wheel set is worth the £1000 extra, whether the Aeroad is worth the £1,500 extra or whether there’s a completely different bike I haven’t even considered yet!
