Does anyone know what frame this is? The bike shop I work at copper plated 7 old mountain bikes and hybrids, but we can't remember what bikes they are.

I would offer up more detailed pics of dropouts, tube junctions, seat tube clamp area.
Long shot, but if it’s a drop bar conversion, that might be a Specialized Crossroads.
Serial no. on BB wheel may reveal more or all.
