I just got this and put it together for my kid. Sounds like it is coming from the back sprocket(?) but as is my kid can’t ride it because it is too hard for her to pedal.
Is this normal, or should I return?

Chain looks loyal. Too tight. Just loosen the axle nuts and that should fix the tension.
