I'm considering buying this bike off market place, but I'm concerned it's fake. The seller is unsure what model it is, and thinks it's a Canyon roadlite. To me, the horizontal lines on the frame seem very weird. If it's not fake, what model is it and how much would you value it? (it has a GRX groupset)

That’s a grail AL from 4, 5 years ago 🤷♂️ I doubt very much those bikes got faked…. Maybe stolen if they don’t know what it is.
Says Grail AL on the top tube. Looks around a 2020.
Maybe an AL 6 or AL7.
It says “Grail AL” right on the top tube and on the frame sticker.
Looks to be a much older model, though.

Everything aside from seat, bar tape, and fender are identical to my Grail AL 6.0 I purchased new in May 2021.
