Yes, as long as everything is working well and the tires are in good shape. Miyata 610s are well built classics.

I’d say offer less, and if he doesn’t bite that’s OK there are others out there. It’s an almost fair price for a mid level 40 year old bike ( albeit from an above avg brand ) that survived being scooped up during the fixie craze but no more than that. Rear Derailleur is a downgrade from stock. It’s kinda beat up.
And why don’t people wash a bike they’re trying to sell ?
