This is an old Columbus steel fork. I removed the Cantilever brakes from it (with great difficulty) and on one side, the sleeve of the brake is still stuck on the fork brake post.
I tried heat (until it was smoking), gripping it, and jamming a fork-crown removal tool in the back. All that did was deform it and while it caused a gap in the back, the front did not move.
Any ideas?ðŸ«
Thanks!

Heat it more grip and twist it
PB Blaster treatments for a couple days and try again.
The problem with heating is that the sleeve will get larger when you heat it.
