If you’re just cruising this is ok, but I would not want to jump a 6061 frame without a suspension fork.
If your goal is to actually learn tricks and ride street I would pass and find a full chromoly frame set that is 20”. I have ridden freestyle 24” and 26” bikes and they are just more work to ride street on. Although they have some perks for dirt jumping.
