On Sunday 14th September, Matthew will be taking on the London to Brighton cycle, to raise money for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Matthew will be taking on this challenge on his full suspension mountain bike.
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition which causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system. It affects more than 11,000 people in the UK. One in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes it, usually without knowing.
Cystic fibrosis comes with challenges, affecting our physical health, mental wellbeing and how we choose to live our lives. But our community is uniting towards the ultimate goal of effective treatment for all.
Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the charity uniting people to stop cystic fibrosis.

[Music] I don’t know. [Music] Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat. [Music] Hey everyone. So, this is a really weird video for me to film. Normally, I’m behind the camera or it’s on chest mount or whatever. This morning I’m out for a ride uh for basically training for my London to Brighton cycle later this year. Uh, it’s a 55 mile cycle and I’m raising money for the cyst fibrosis trust and I’ll be doing it on this. So, this is my uh specialized status enduro bike uh mullet setup. So, 29 in the front, 27.5 in the rear. Uh, so hopefully I don’t die on the cycle. If you want to support me or donate, all the links and everything are in the description down below. So, please check that out and I’ll try and do some more training videos as and when I can [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat.
