This is a 2000 Litespeed Owl Hollow that I put mostly period correct top of the line parts on. With the Rene Herse slicks it is so insanely fast on the road and gravel. The 1999 Marzocchi air fork doesn’t have a lot of travel but I’m hesitant to swap it out for the 2000 X Fly 80 with ECC that I rebuilt for this bike because I don’t want to change the handling. 517 ceramic rims paired with arch supremes stop faster and harder than hydraulic discs (but also have next to no modulation).
