A stick/pipe with a hole. Thread some rope/fishing line trough the hole in the stick, make a loop at the end you can tighten by pulling the rope/line.
Then you have a cheap DIY thing to grab stuff. Just put the stick in, loop the line around the object and pull the line to tighten the loop in the end of the stick.
Let me know if you do it!

Vacuum cleaner (shop vac if you have one) or a wire coat hanger bent out and try to fish it out.

if you dont have some long nose pliers that can reach it…
the brush seems to have a lip.
twine or nylon string/cord, make a loop, insert it into a plastic/paper straw.
you are making something similar to those dog catcher tools.
slide the loop over one side of the brush and the straw on the opposite side. like trapping a crocodile/alligator.
twist the strings to make the loop grip tight under the lip.
pull it out slowly.
after you get it out, either add a screw so it doesnt pop from the handle or add a string so that you can pull it out.

-Turn the bike upside down
-Find a raven to do it for you, they love these puzzles

Flip it upside down or at least sideways. Stick a small skinny thing in that you can use to pull it out like a metal chopstick if you don’t have needle nose pliers
