Looking to downsize my 5 or 6L fork bags. They are too big.

I've used some 3L to test and they are a little too small. It seems to me 4L is the goldilocks.

In fact, I just passed on a 5L sea to summit Big River (great price for $25) because it looks exactly as big (in diameter) as my 6L bag. And I can already roll my 6L extra to shrink the height.

Right now I cannot find Salsas bags anywhere. REI used to sell the polecat but it's gone (and I don't think any of revelates stuff is truly waterproof). Blackburn doesn't seem available and might be too big.

Is topeak the only option?

Any other ideas?

The bag needs to be durable like the S2S big river so any option that can't deal with brush and rock or even rubbing the cage, is out of the search
