That room reminds me of the time I went to a Spanish palace in Miami the structure was so beautiful, now it’s a spot serving as a museum, proposal, and wedding spots! I was gonna get my Quinceañera photos taken there but we changed locations it’s truly a marvelous palace my favorite spot was the huge Courtyard❤️❤️
She was NOT in Versailles palace during the last Dangerous years ….this post Is a Total Fake😂😂😂😂 this Door was for waitres and servants tò move without being seen….It Is NOT a secret Door….It Is a service Door!!!!!!!!!!
This was the official stately bef room of the Queen….but She actually did not sleep there😂😂😂 your post Is worth with the love level of americans voting for Trump 😂😂😂😂😂😂
My parents say Versailles is really overrated. And I’ve seen a lot of palaces around the world Alhambra, Nymphenburg palace, Linderhof , etc. I’ve seen pics and honestly the best ones come from st Petersburg
So I've read, on hearing the roars of the crowds breaking into the palace, the gaurds locked the doors into the Queens apartments. The Queen in a slight panic ran into the dining chamber and tried the door which was locked, she then made her way back down the apartments back to the bedchamber where she escaped through the side door of the bed to join the king and the royal family in the kings bedchamber. The crowds breaking into the Queens rooms had destroyed the Queens bed on finding she had escaped.
Perhaps so, but most royal palaces are filled with those hidden doors. It's not anything new. They were used for various purposes, such as going to the bathroom, meeting lovers, or simply moving from one chamber to another for daily needs.

I would actually explode with all of the gold and decorations if I was her.
no, the secret door connects to a secret hallway, it was a shortcut to her husband's bedroom, so at night the king can go to the queen's bedroom.
Saying she escaped thru the door is obviously wrong

But afterall she was executed 😂
