As of today I own a 1992 Schwinn Paramount Precision og all except rims and handlebar grips. The front axle needs replacing, but that’s irrelevant given it isn’t og. I already own a single speed that I use as a daily commute to dt Chicago. What should I do with it? I don’t want it to sit around but also don’t really want to f it up riding around Chicago. Should I hand it up as a trophy? Should I sell it?and if so does anyone know what the value these hold? Thanks.

I would mount it in a transparent plastic box on the wall. If there was some way to keep it in an inert nitrogen environment that would be cool.

I find myself missing downtube shifters sometimes. I don’t know why. I switched when brifters became available. I never looked back.
