an American living in the UK we have to talk about the shopping culture their malls and Outlets today I’m shopping at gun war keas located on the beautiful Portsmith Harbor first thing I noticed from every single mall or Outlet I’ve been to in the UK the architecture is so sick I don’t know how they do it the Aesthetics are legit insane animic shopping so much more enjoyable plus everyone walks here in the UK most malls are built into walkways or Pathways which make it so much easier apparently there’s a bowling alley and a cinema so I may have to check that out later best part I’m noticing about this mall there’s over 90 Brands and most are up to 60% off which is crazy to me I genuinely love how they’re already in the FES of spirit every five or six steps there’s some Christmas trees that’s the one thing I love about the UK it does get dark hella quickly but they make up for it for all the decoration here everything is so pristine clean and just very neat and orderly we’re back home I’ve seen some malls that look pretty rundown place is absolutely beautiful I’ve never seen an outlet quite like this un Warth Keys it’s pretty legit and I’m definitely coming back

Glad you enjoyed our lovely city of Portsmouth.
imagine being somewhere so horrible that you are impressed by portsmouth
Oh a shopping center.
Glad you like it here. Honestly makes a change from americans just hating us. Yeah we have our issues. Some big, some small. Some you can just disregard for all.
Though i need to study more UK immigrated americans. I've noticed a trend in behavioural actions from merely the visitors. And given running away for the immigrated is far harder i can poke around their brains far easier as they're mre readily available.
But regardless of my curiosity induced study. I hope you're doing well and have made improvements in yourself. If not, well we would have failed you.
He’s easily pleased
Yaaaay consumerism. What can ya say though? Capitalism is compulsory
Bro, just so you know. Sports direct have been having a 75% off closing down sale for the last 20 years 😂
Try gostport and fareham next they are both terible but you get used to it
YAYY MORE PORTSMOUTH
its actually called ganwharth quays
The cinema is amazing but my dad always complains about how expensive the snacks (eg. Popcorn) and drinks are so it's a good idea to buy things from a nearby shop.
My hometown!!! Welcome ❤
Trust me… there are parts of Portsmouth that are total shite holes.. gunwarf is the better place to visit!
Come to Hull
Fair comment, Gunwharf is very clean and vacant units don't usually stay like that for long
I love this guy! He’s so positive about our home and always smiley. Such a nice accent too.
I’m surprised you didn’t mention the Spinnaker Tower.
Swindon outlet or Bicester village outlet
I’m from Portsmouth and its base on a shopping mall in South Africa called Morton’s on the wharf
😘💚🏴
Clean?? Gunwharf??? What on Earth is it like in America for you to call Portsmouth clean of all places
Gunwarf is primarily outlet shops so last years stock or stuff that didn’t sell thats why it’s 60% off. doesn’t take away that it’s still a good deal for some gems tho!
It’s an outlet centre where brands dump last season’s stuff and sell it off at a discount. It’s not a shopping mall.
You should come to the Trafford centre up north!! The fountains here would have you in love ❤
Bro you should have gone to potchester castle
eyyy gunwharf quays
Do they have mostly the outdoor kind of malls/not enclosed?
Watching these videos really makes me want to see more of my own country and it’s really nice seeing other places. Great content and actually educational for us Brits I think as we are seeing you on your travels around the country 🥳 Glad you moved here! 🤜🤛
My adult son took his 13 year old brother to the Trafford Centre in Manchester recently for clothes and food and to hang out. Turns out there was a laser quest, arcade, bumper cars!! You should go! At Christmas my son went with his GF and they had an ice rink! I really want to go at some point but I need a new wheelchair at the moment. We live in Hebden Bridge so it’s super easy to jump on the train to Manchester and Leeds. Please come visit Hebden Bridge home of a huge LGBTQ community, artists, home schoolers, skateboarders, stoners, dogs with hair coloured purple and blue etc to match their owners, canals and rivers and streams running alongside and all around each other, a huge park, festivals, unique shops and pubs and restaurants set in a valley surrounded by hills and moorland. Originally roots were laid down by hippies donkeys years ago and it just grew kookier from there! Also got a train station and our own independent cinema and little theatre and we are tiny!!! Come in a time when the weather is set to be good, there are activities planned and stay a while 🎉
Will, give us all a shout when you come back, we know all the best places to eat in Portsmouth.
That is one of the most busy places in Portsmouth tbh
I don't know, I've been in some dodgy malls in the UK 😅
