Is this schwinn jaguar worth keeping and fixing up? I'm probably too tall for this bike as my knees almost hit the handlebars when turning. I'm 6ft 4in. I could also just get a mountain bike. Any tall dudes got advice? I also haven't ridden a bike in 19 years. I've missed it!

The seat is about a foot too low for someone 6’4”. However, beach cruisers aren’t made for ergonomic riding. You could raise the handlebars. The quill stem might be long enough to raise a couple inches. You could get a longer quill stem. You could also replace the handlebars with ape hangers.
