I love this style BMX frame and look like a bobber motorcycle but I want to make the tubes skinny and lighter like race frame but doesn't need reinforcement like they do just a City street rider maybe hopping curbs at the most can't do tricks anyway so it doesn't need to be strong just really lightweight and …. hopefully cheap to make
Low stand over like chopper/bobber bike
Skinny round tubes no brakes or extra parts
Lightweight with cheaper metals or carbon fiber if you can ?
Never welded or even tried but I want this bike weight as close to 15lbs as it can be

Just stop right now, you wont be able to afford it, just find a custom frame builder and get him to do what you want.
