so recently i notice a sound in the fork-headset and i don't know why? it moves back and forward, i can't take a video of how it moves cause my dumb butt don't know how to record but, any idea of what it might be

Pull apart, clean and regrease – if you’ve never done this before, photograph everything in position including the disassembly process, then reverse the pic order to put it all back together again. Watch a few YouTube videos/tutorials to help.
You need to tighten the top cap bolt , but first you have to loosen the ones on the side
