Join me, personal trainer and mountain unicyclist, Rob Sengebush, for Trail to UNICON, Part 1, as I ride mountain bike trails in the Albuquerque foothills in preparation for UNICON 20, in Grenoble, France, 2022. Follow as I explore my “muni” limits over rockpiles and drops, dodging cactus and rattlesnakes, testing my technical skills, dynamic balance, and kneepads. Experience heart-pounding crashes without the bruises. Feel the exhilaration of repeated attempts and finally cleaning an obstacle, always with the goal of unicycling the French Alps. Check back on @RobertSengebushBalanceDynamic for Part 2 of my “Trail to UNICON 20.”
