Hey, bike packing for the Bender. Day one, Vulcenberg to Huvel. After packing up our bag, we started at the Shimanu Experience Center in Vulcenberg. Thank you for the bikes. After some small hiccups like putting the bags right and some occasional stairs, we left the Netherlands and could find some lunch in Belgium. We emptied the bakery section and continued on some rocky roads and not the chocolate one. This is our first time bike packing and we definitely underestimated. Our average was like 15 and we felt like we were going so slow. We rode past the Racing Sorean Spa before a very nutritious dinner. After 11 hours 15 of elapse time and 116k, we arrived.
