Has anyone had the frame break inside of the 22L pannier bags from tailfin?
I'm made a conscious effort to not overload these and to make sure I lock them in securily everytime.
I've only ridden pavement and obviously try to avoid as many bumps as possible. I used them in Indonesia, Japan and now I'm currently cycling Europe.

Nope and I ride MTB race bike packing trails with mine in 2 years. Why post? Speak to Tailfin. No idea how you managed to break that
My tailfin rack snapped after 2.5+years – had a 3 year warranty. Msged support, they asked for photos and I had an apology and a new rack arch within 3 days. Disappointed with it breaking, but their customer service was first class once it did. Attach the photos on the support email on their web site and all should be good. 👍
