These images as well really belly the speed that these riders are going. They’ll be riding at 60 70 kilometers an hour down this descent. So that was a perfect move there by Shiran Vanroy who will be able to hold position now on the steepest parts of these descents. Oh, Mavi Garcia just navigating this lefthand turn. Frani comes through to the front has been on the attack today for the picnic pastel team. Getting back through to the front, the yellow jersey of Mariana Voss moves up. You can just see how tight this bend is. The riders at the front just flowing through these corners. See riders on the back just battling to stay in contention here. 10 seconds is the time gap. And we all run in super quick into the bottom of the base of our final climb of the day and our run up towards the finishing compare. We will. So it only kicks up with around 900 m to go. Our final coming corner coming with 300 and that is where it flattens off. But still a really significant group here coming into the finish after that last climb. So a huge amount of riders that are in contention to take stage two of this year’s tour to France family. Lanna Lipa is here as well. We know how she does on a finish like this. But for now, Mavi Garcia is still holding that gap of around 12 seconds. Great ride here from Mavi Garcia. She’s just going to tick off these kilometers in front of her. It is 2K to go for the Spanish rider from Livula Jac. Great climber is Mavi Garcia. She just has to punch it up. The final climb to try and hold this one. Put Peter on your left in the orange with the white helmet for Fenex to Kerner. The Kernik, the winner of Fleshwon this season. There’s the green jersey uh inflatable just on your right. 1.9 kilometers to go. This little kicker hit. Will this be the opportunity for someone that feels that they just want to go long? This is that last little kicker before the descent down into the final kilometer. So yeah, it is an opportunity for those riders behind to try and launch a move. Pauline from Bravo there on the right hand side of the screen. Testing little moves here as riders use the road just widening out here um to just try and move themselves up. Juliet Labus back through to the front. Anna Vanderbrean in the blue and orange with the world champs stripes on the cuffs of her jersey. Here comes Lot Capeki. The world champion. Is she going to manage to recover this one enough and perhaps just lead out for Anna Vander. Impressive Lot Capeki coming back. She knows how instrumental teamwork is. So, she’s been able to get herself back in. She’s got Anna Vanderen behind her and then uh Lina Viva’s just coming round on the right hand side. We saw Mariana Voss there trying to move up and it all just kind of came together on the left. Sarah Jagante also did the same. But Capeeki is going to lead into this final climb here. But Mariana Voss gets through through the Flam Rouge. Mavi Garcia has got to dig deeper than she has ever dug before now on this final climb. This has got to be the climb of climbs for the Spanish rider. Capeeki leading out with Anna Vanderbre on the wheel. Kim Laort Cassie and Nuvia Lorenz Sharon Vanandroy is still there. Nuvia Doma now out of the saddle as Damy Volering tries to move up on the right. It is still 10 seconds for Mavi Garcia. And you can see the pain and agony etched on the face of Garcia. But we’re seeing Kim Lort starting to move. It’s Nuvia, Lipert, Lort Voss, Weebis still there in the European Champions jersey. Peterson starting to go backwards. Mavi Garcia 700 m to go through the steeper part of the climbs and the fastest sprinter in the world has still sat fourth wheel. Mariana Voss is right there. It is Cassie Anuvia from Lyanna Lipert, Kim Lort, Mariana Voss, Lorenna Vivis all still in contention as is Khloe Diger. Daigert, we saw the pink shoes of Daigert starting to lead out. Pauline Fer Provo is still there, but Mavi Garcia holding this small gap here. It’s Daiger, Far Provo, Lipert, Weebis, Vos, Nuvia, Doma, Lour, and Volering. That is the order with 460 m now to go. Big turn from Khloe Digger looking to try and lead out here from Cassie Nuvia Doma and Aander Ban also rides herself back into contention. Gasparini right there. Mavi Garcia holding this gap. Mavi Garcia has got to put in one last big effort now. 200 m to go for Mavi Garcia. Here comes Pauline Fero. So does Lorenas who opens up the sprint. Mavi Garcia is going to take a stage win in the tour to France firm. Garcia holds on and takes the win. Weeus takes second. Fortune favors the brave and they don’t come any braver today than Mavi Garcia 41 years old from Spain. Garcia takes arguably one of the biggest victories of her career. The biggest victory of her career. Wow, what a ride by Mavi Garcia. Fortune favors the brave and that was a true example of that Chapo to Mavi Garcia. I am delighted for her. The oldest rider I believe as well in the Pelaton. Wow. No guts, no glory. Garcia takes the victory.
