Apple watch versus Garmin versus whoop which one is right for you I’ve been using all three of these for multiple years now and these are my key takeaways the Apple watch is going to be best for those looking for a good balance of Fitness tracking and everyday usability I’d recommend bumping up to the ultra if you’re an athlete that wants a more rugged high performance watch with better battery life that still gets you that Apple ecosystem now Garmin I think it’s both great for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts who need more advanced Fitness tracking a reliable GPS and a durable device with great battery light it’s of course not going to integrate as well with Apple’s ecosystem but that’s really not what you’re buying this for it’s just a really solid Fitness Watch whoop is an interesting one I think in terms of a pure data tracker for your body this one’s the best by far it’s really going to be for athletes who want detailed recovery and performance insights but don’t need a traditional Smartwatch interface especially great if you like to wear analog watches but still want to get your body data but if you’re going for runs or things like that I wouldn’t recommend solely relying on whoop because you can’t really check your pace or anything CU there’s no screen that being said the battery does last 4 to 5 days and you can recharge it while wearing it so this is the only one that you never have to take off

Can you please send the link to the blue Apple Watch band, i want it so bad
As someone who worked full time as a personal trainer with a Whoop for a year, I can tell you it VASTLY overestimates the toll (Whoop calls it Strain) on the body from cardio / anything that gets your heartbeat up, and VASTLY underestimates the toll/strain on your body (and subsequent recovery needs) from strength training. A trained runner can run every day or multiple times a day, while a trained lifter needs days of recovery before training the same muscle group again. This is a big area the Whoop fails in, and is actually fundamental to the usability of the device (Sleep + Recovery – Strain, are the three main paradigms / scores / measures it uses). I could go out and run or play sport for 1-2 hours, where my heart rate gets high, and be able to do the same thing the next day…whereas the strain produced, and recovery needed, after strength training is much tougher on the body. This is very inaccurate. Which is disappointing, because I find Whoop to be accurate in everything else, with so many areas of data analysis…it’s a pity it is so lacking in this one area and something which the kinds of health-focused people that wear Whoop bands are likely to be involved with and prioritise – the gym.
Whoop is not doing anything exclusive or extraordinary. But the paywall and the yearly lump sum payment is just uncalled for. Its basically a money pit. This opinion is coming from someone who got the yearly long subscription and realized that I can't measure pace, or exact run details etc with Whoop. Spend your money elsewhere.
He recommended Ultra Model for athletes? Really? Where is the fucking working oxygen sensor for me that I need like a pro athlete? Oh yea Apple dont have that workin in US. Garbage company.
Apple
Whoop is not the best by far. Data is constantly wrong
I do Apple Watch Ultra + app WorkOutDoors, is perfect!
Praying apple figures out how to out-Garmin Garmin with the Apple Watch Ultra
i use a garmin vivomove 3 (iirc) because its sleek and looks like an analog watch while also having no buttons, body tracking and other useful stuff that id want at a glance
Comparing new Apple Watch Ultra with very old Garmin FR 735XT is like comparing Apple iPhone 16 PRO with Blackberry Bold 9900. Silly review…
Like u should first try huawei watches and then start yapping about apple battery and good balance of fitness tracking
Garmin looks solid ❤
Apple Watch is probably the best tracker/smart watch out there Samsung isn’t far behind, however whoop is poop
Watched a video last year of a guy who went to a popular swimming hole looking for lost items and he found at least half a dozen Apple Watches. They were all still working but the straps had given way, either while swimming or diving. Hopefully Apple has made some improvements to the straps since then.
I had both Apple and Garmin. Apple Watch if you work a 9-5 and exercise daily and want to track sleep, but won’t wear the watch between these activities (normal watch otherwise). Garmin if you hike a lot, are an athlete etc. Whoop if you just cruise through life and want to keep an eye over health metrics
boys, buy the amazfit helio strap, 100€ one time no subscription
The tech is the whoop is so outdated, you can’t even compare it to the Apple Watch Ultra or the Garmin.
I found the whoop really rubbish at tracking correct HR, so in turn all the data is totally off.
Tried it for a while so adjusts, wearing in the correct position but still crap.
Garmin fenix 7x pro think is my watch, that does the job definitely & when doing training use a chest HR strap.
I bought an Apple series 10 about 6 weeks ago and regret it. I’m a Mac person for laptop, iPad, and iPhone, and also subscribe to Apple Music and Podcasts, so thought it made sense, but I’m also an avid cyclist who uses Garmin Edge on the bike, and I row on a Concept2 — neither of them work with Apple Watch for HR recording. I can use Apple Watch’s ride and row data, but it’s not at all as accurate for speed, distance, and elevation. A Garmin watch would have been better for me with sports, and probably at least as accurate for sleep… I also had the Apple watch battery die an hour from the end of a long ride last week, which Garmin wouldn’t do, as it doesn’t have a ridiculously short battery charge life.
The whoop looks like an ankle bracelet

The whoop is pointless. It looks dumb, so if you like wearing normal watches, it's not going to look good when you're wearing both. You might as well just buy a Garmin that looks like a normal watch, and get the best of both worlds.
Oe je pense notre détective il va gagner et bonne chance
okay garmin, video speichern
For the first half second of the video I thought the music was plants vs zombie
