This is awesome, I have the same bike but medium, what rear rack is that and did you get a thru axle adapter? I went with a spider aeroe rear rack cos I couldn’t find an easy rear rack.

You could just get panniers, lower the weight significantly, and make your ride way more stable….

This is actually my biggest bikepacking pet peeve…. When people use a saddle bag and a rack at the same time… It hurts my brain.

I had a similar setup last summer when I cycled across France. It’s very aero. My only annoyance with it was repacking the dry bag into the correct ’shape’ as it wasn’t really designed to fit on the rack.

I would strap one bag under the aerobag and get rid of the rack.
Otherwise nice color but I couldnt ride this, too much look 😀

This is probably simultaneously the single most top heavy and rear heavy setup I’ve seen on this sub, I’d be slower downhill than uphill if I had to do a hairpin descent on this.

Just use panniers

Goddamn I’m really tall at 190cm, didn’t even realize you could get stock sizes that’d fit someone your size!
I’ll have to try that on an XL frame, might be able to make it work

Which size of the Ortlieb QuickRack is this? And what is the volume of the dry bag? I am trying to figure out the maximum volume I can fit on an Ortlieb Rack.
Nice setup btw
