First bike is solid. Trek FX is good quality and fairly light. I would not go for the other ones, especially since they have heavy and non-rigid forks, not suitable for commuting.
Do check that the size of the first bike fits you.

Trek, by a long shot. All Roadmasters are very cheap bikes, and the last bike looks about the same as the Roadmaster so likely is just as bad.
