Sturmey archer hub spinning backward is clunking – solution?

Hey all I’ve just posted a video very recently about the same issue. I narrowed it down to the sturmey archer hub spinning backward. It’s very clunky as you can probably hear . No issue on the forward spin so I’m wondering if it’s something that needs to be fixed before it gets worse. Thanks in advance for your input !
