What I did:
- Swapped the mtb riser bars for Surly corner bars
- Removed original 3 chainrings/derailleur/shifter and added a narrow-wide 32T ring (to save weight)
- Swapped 26" wheelset for 27.5" wheelset (also saved some weight). Full slick 1.5" tire as I mostly ride on paved roads; with some cobblestone and dirt roads thrown in the mix.
- Lengthened the rear brake line (first time I bled a brake) π
- Added my favourite saddle
- Added some blue for coolness π
- Have a frame bag and large saddle bag not pictured
Overall the bike rides relatively efficiently and feels super cruisey. I'll be riding it from the South of The Netherlands to Venice next week. π

Cool!!!
Looks like a kid’s bike for grown-ups. bet you have a blast on it.
What brand of saddle is it?
Super sick bike, and Netherlands to Venice sounds like a dream ride, whatβs your plan like for that/how many days?
Very nice, weight?
