Loving this bike so far! Not fully complete as I'm missing the Aero Drops. Like a few others in this sub in the US who received their Speed models with the Classic Drops, mine was the same.
That being said, I will say Canyon's response has been great! They replied to my ticket on July 22nd that they will send out the Aero Drops free of charge when they come back in stock within the next 60 days. They will also cover up to $120 of labor for a bike shop to perform installation. Not only that, they refunded me $100. No mention of needing to return the Classic Drops.
Lo and behold, yesterday July 25th those Drops came back in stock and they're on the way to me now!
