Been gone a month, got home and found my rear tire flat. Took the wheel off to fix it and found this crack? It feels raised when i scratch it with my fingernail. Is it a crack? Is this a normal location to have a crack?
I'm somewhat new to mountain bikes and this bike is right at the end of my 1 yr warranty. Should i take it to the shop?

I would say a scratch but without a better image it is hard to say.
Looks like one, since the warranty is almost over take it in. Don’t rely on someone else’s wrong opinion.
