listen up people this stuff is the best product you can buy if you want a gel that’s easy on your summmer if you’re worried about getting the trots cuz we all worry about it this is the one I use it tastes like cowp if you got kids you’ll know exactly what I mean I take one of these every 35 minutes when I’m running my marath okay if you can’t handle that but it’s fine because it’s a water-based product so it gets absorbed really quickly okay it’s not like the sports in science rubbish that’s just all sugar that gets thrown into your belly this stuff gets absorbed and is much better stay there let’s go over here the other thing I use is this stuff this is the best hydration mix you can use you need electrolytes people but because of the mint product it’s awesome on your gut so you need this this is the stuff I use it’s the best stuff you can have if you can’t handle gels this Stu is awesome if you run Ultras this is the best Stu you can have I’m going to be using this in July you need to use this Stu all right that’s all you need you don’t need to go anywhere else you come over to see these guys you buy all their products you’re welcome
