Moscow and KF ended Wednesday a new round of negotiations in Istanbul through Kia without making any progress towards end the conflict in Ukraine. According to statements made by Russian authorities to the task news agency, the main result of the news this new ground negotiations has been the agreement on exchange not only of military personnel but also of civilians.
