    You could check out the Origin8 messenger rack. More urban than bikepacking, I have it on my city bike. It would work, but not for panniers.

    If you don’t want/can’t find a rack with legs that extend down to the eyelet at the dropout, a lot of racks that are intended to fit to an attachment at the middle of the fork leg will often have attachments that clamp on. Nitto M1B for example, or BLB makes a cheaper version of it thats very similar. But always go Nitto if you can afford it.

  3. It’s on the big side but I have a Basil Portland Carrier and like it. It does add noticeable weight to the front, so if you care about snappy steering this rack isn’t for you.

    Jack the Bike Rack if you’re not planning on loading it with much.

    Soma Porteur Rack should fit. It attaches to the front brake bolt and axle. No eyelets needed.
