I’m in cassis the south of France amazing
beautiful teeny tiny Town turquoise water crystal clear Mediterranean Sea I am ready to
eat something delicious and possibly take a dip into crystal clear waters of Mediterranean
Sea this 4,000 km culinary car trip was devoted to provence and its food so now
you have all the routes that I’ve headed all the dishes that I’ve eaten and all the
cities and villages and restaurants that I visited yeah the beetle Channel let’s go and yeah this is the soul of uh French
Adventures oh look at that restaurants are half full half empty look at that Fortress
right over there that is incredible right oh wow look at these tiny houses so
colorful it’s so teeny tiny and the streets I love Cas that’s the marina you would
probably want to visit lots of boats small Yachts one beach available over there and one
beach is available over there so two beaches here like two main beaches maybe uh there are some more
so the first thing that I’m thinking of doing is to go check the Playa Bo laa I miss Spain Bo
La Playa means I’m going to the beach I live in Spain guys and um I’m Ukrainian but based
in Spain I’m a digital Nomad digital marketing consultant I help businesses grow online but now
I’m in France France is a great country especially with the color of this water I I would really
take a dip but it’s it’s really hard to leave my belongings to my backpack everything uh
without any control you know we’ll see we’ll see maybe there are some lockers and I’m right
on the beach look at the Fortress over there look at this crowd this is
messy this is not Cristiano Ronaldo always buy Crocs guys I thinking uh to take deep in these shorts
it’s not swimming shorts guys but probably you will so uh you will excuse me right if I
go in this shorts they will get dry very fast this is nice it’s so Cooling that is so amazing guys I I love swimming I
love water it’s incredible sir what is the name of your restaurant Lon lamon what is it
translate what’s translation translation house house ah I’ve ordered beef tartar lemonade
a local one with a flavor oh wow it’s right near the port if you go in straight from the
old city center coming to the port over there is the first Beach over there is the second
Beach and uh let’s see if tartar is going to be great if it’s not I will share my true
opinion like always sorry for that I’m not a professional cook I’m not a professional
chef I’m just the guy who eats very well I’m a good eater eating is my superpower
and today I’m in Cassis southern France provance oh wow thank you bon that’s it look
how delicious is that with a french fries of course and side salad and some bread aside
yeah some baguettes I think all right here we go I am ready a bit chewy I love the freshness of red onion and
the sourness of pickles the sauce is also great with a mustard french fries are amazing really
compliment the dish side salad not much just a few leaves and three pieces of tomatoes one two
and that’s it the third one I already ate okay not the bestar but the quality of meat is high
it’s fresh it’s good the sauce is uh pretty nice the texture is a bit chewy like it should be and
french fries I good the portion is uh fine neither big no small will go absolutely well with some
red wine but I cannot drink red wine now because I’m driving it’s probably one of the best tartar
here in U casis because I research all the menus here the price is higher than in the rest of the
restaurants the competition is really high uh if uh this tartar was uh really bad uh this high
price wouldn’t last long so logically this is one of the best or maybe even the best tartar here
in casis if you love tartar come to mizone which means the house here in casis and then go swimming
actually guys it’s such a gift to travel every day meeting new people new friends getting acquainted
with new culture new Cuisine new dishes new places it’s a totally new experiences every day I love
it I’m super thankful for everything that I have I know that uh right now my channel is not that
big but I’m super thankful for those subscribers that support me for those likes and dislikes that
you given me thank you guys I’m super passionate about what I do my main occupation is digital
marketing I’m a consultant but food traveling and YouTube it’s like most passionate hobby
