There is a Centurion Ironman ($250) and a State 4130 Sokol ($200) in my area, the Ironman has 2 spare tubes and 600 components but the state is in like new condition, i am planning on getting into fixed gear and i might convert my current bike into fixed if i go with the ironman

If you want a fixie, just buy the State. It’s already fixed gear.
First thing you need to do is figure out what SIZE of bike you need. The centurion is a 62+cm frame, for someone well over 6 foot tall. Meanwhile the state is like a 50 or 52cm. For someone like 5’2″. So yeah. Start with figuring out what size bike you need before you focus on anything else.
