I’ve recently pulled the trigger on purchasing a NJS frame set. It came in today with everything fine except the rear dropouts being bent. Should I take it to a professional or realign it myself? I really don’t have the confidence to tamper such a perfect bike.

If you don’t have confidence, take it to professional but i would do it myself, starting with trying to bend them back with adjustable wrench. Some tape to the jaws to protect paint and bendy bendy with carefulling.
if you don’t know your metal it’s best to not do it yourself but go to a _trustworthy_ mechanic that can realign it properly and look for eventual damages to the material. If you are a mechanic of some sorry yourself feel free but keep in mind to make it sound
